Thank you for choosing our poster shop. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and deliver your poster orders. If you have questions not addressed here, our support team is happy to help.

 

1. Order Processing

 

Processing Time**: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or personalized posters may require additional processing time; an estimated timeframe will be shown at checkout.

Order Confirmation**: You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

Cutoffs**: Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will be processed the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

 

Domestic Shipping**: Standard and expedited options are available (e.g., Standard 3–7 business days, Expedited 1–3 business days).

International Shipping**: Available to select countries with varying delivery estimates (typically 7–21+ business days, depending on destination and customs).

Carriers**: We use reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) based on destination and service availability.

Shipping Fees**: Calculated at checkout based on destination, service level, and order weight/size. Promotions may offer discounted or free shipping.

 

3. Packaging and Handling

 

Packaging**: Posters are shipped in rigid cardboard tubes or flat mailers with protective inserts to prevent damage.

Framed Posters**: Framed items may require different handling; additional processing time and shipping charges may apply.

Insurance**: Most shipments are insured. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

 

4. Tracking and Notifications

 

Tracking**: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Notifications**: You’ll receive updates by email, and you can also view your order status in your account.

 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

Domestic Orders**: No duties or import taxes for domestic shipments.

International Orders**: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees assessed by their country. We strive to provide accurate customs documentation to minimize delays.

 

6. Delivery Issues

 

Delayed Deliveries**: If your shipment is delayed, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages**: If a package shows as delivered but is not received, contact us within 14 days of the
